Terrible service from Renew-it Greentstone

Repairs to my car were authorised on 20 July 2022. Today over 2 months later It is still not clear whether I will get my car back. Ordering parts took 3 weeks. What they display on the progress tracker is always different to what you get told over the phone, that's if they you get hold of them. Incompetence at its best. I can name up to 10 issues reported every other day resulting in delays, which should have been picked up with the assessment , from simple components that were overlooked which seem deliberate. I was even told my car is ready and I should bring a tyre(deflated) and a battery (worn out). Only once I questioned the sense in all of that was I told they have obtained approval for a new battery. Every day there is just something, oil shortages, missing components,damaged rims...... I wouldnt wish this terrible experience on anyone :-(
