TERRIBLE SERVICE
I have experienced bad service with institutions before but Renew-it is terrible!! I had my car towed to them by my insurance dial direct after an accident.They took a month and a half to fix my car, when I went to fetch it I have noticed my windscreen was cracked and after few days driving the car had problems I couldn't drive it. they took another month to investigate my case. Last week they finally came and towed my car back to their premises until to date noone answers their phones.. I want my car back and I can fix it somewhere else.
