Terrible repair work

<p>My vehicle was sent by dial direct to renew it greenstone. Car was there over a month. I had to call them to tell them of damages because the insurance company and the Panelbeaters didnt notice. I see its been fixed terribly, looks like a backyard job. Bolts are missing.The bumpers dont line up. Paint is off the edges on the bumpers and fenders. The brand new headlightb is badly scratched. Different colour bolts are used. Old bolts are used to tighten the bumper. The bumper is sagged on one side. A new steering rack was fitted, the alliginment is terribly out. Jobs that supposed to be painted are brush touched. Theres overspray on the black panels.</p> <p>I contacted my consultant and senior manager. They kept saying they didn't receive pictures but failed to give me an alternate email address. The manager first said because I have a Panelbeating businesses in just angry and why didnt i do it myself. He was utterly rude. He offered that i must fix his company's mess here. I sent a truck to fetch the car which cost me alot if money. They must come fetch the ******* work here on the car and send me a courtesy car. If not they'll pay, I'll get a professional Panelbeater here to fit it and they must pay for car hire. Attached are pictures of the bad job</p>
