Terrible is a understatement

<p>i have lost for words, i had a hijack attempt on my car so i damage my under carriage. i than phone my useless insurance, who always try they best not to pay when i claim. This all happen around end of november last year.so around the 10 of dec i was told the claim has been authorised and greenstone renew it will repair my car,after almost a month and i have done most of the running around so much for peace of mind.So no i have to deal with Renew it Greenstone damn talking about from bad to worse this was it,Firstly my regstration was wrong they pick the car up round about 19 dec a week after authorisation ,on 21dec i phone greenstone and i was told im gonna be without a car for dec but my car will be ready on the 9Jan 2017 by a lady called Natashka.So i except that than i phone on the 9th jan because thats what i was told my car will be ready,i was than told by another lady called Patricia(stand corrected) that no first we have to get the parts,so now im checking what the **** man do this people even know what they doing,so thats a week ago today and then today no Natashka no Patricia some lady at reception try to cover and apologize half heartedly for the servive the **** service no one can tell me when am i gettig my car...So much for customer service in this new south africa.</p> <p> </p>
