Stole part when vehicle was in their position

I took my vehicle in for repairs at Renew-it Greenstone and when I went to pick it up after repairs, I found that the back wiper was missing. I asked the guys as I was doing the assessment of the car where the wiper was and he said that I brought the car there without the wiper. After I have told them so many time that it was impossible that the wiper was not there when I brought the car to fix just the bumper. They went to their cameras and checked the photo that they took of my car when I brought it and it confirmed that the bumper was there. The manager came to apologise and then send the guy that was working on my car to go ***** another card wiper and put it on my car and fortunately enough the wiper didn’t fit and I also told them that I don’t want that wiper. The manager the assured me that they will get me the a new wiper and call me the next day to fit it in for me wherever I was and to this day no one from RENEW-IT Greenstone has had the decency to call me about the wiper or any delays as to why they have no replaced my wiper.
