Worst service ever

I took a vehicle to re new it for pannell beating Just a tailgate and a tow bar

They told me it would be fixed in ten to sixteen working days. They sent me up date's that they received the spares and that the vehicle was moved to the spray booth.

On day no sixteen I called them and to my surprise they told me that they are still waiting for the spares ( they sent me an email a week before stating they received the spares)

The next day I went to re new it an found that they did maybe two hours of work on it with the radio on and all the windows open and an dust from the sanding all over the seats an dash .

So a week later after spending a lot of air time to get updates on wat was happening with my vehicle it was finally done.

So I went to fetch it and on inspection of the vehicle I found a brand new scratch on the front bumper! Which some one started to fix and off course never finished the job. The so called director promised me that it would be repaired an that I could fetch my vehicle in three days

So three days later I called them and they are busy with their xmas party and ofcourse no one to release my vehicle

Another tree days later I finally got my vehicle and a lot of apologies.

And now I received fine in the mail 80 in a 60 zone R600 From 8h00 13h00 I could not get hold of any body useful at renew it some director named Wayne promised he would pay the fine

But I want to why my vehicle was driving 80 in a 60 zone an not in there workshop.
