Slow and unreliable service

My experience with Renew It Greenstone has been unbelievably disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone who values their time, money, or peace of mind.

My car was sent to them by Budget Insurance after an accident in October, and instead of a professional and timely repair, I was met with months of delays and unacceptable workmanship. I only received my car back in January, and even then it was returned with a dead battery, which I had to replace out of my own pocket.

The problems didn’t stop there. The repair work itself was poor and incomplete, with multiple issues that should have been caught and corrected before the car was returned to me. Despite these glaring faults, I have had to constantly chase Renew It Greenstone for updates, follow-ups, and explanations—none of which they provide unless pushed.

Even after Budget Insurance finally sent an assessor, I was told I must return the vehicle to Renew It Greenstone so they can “fix their mistakes.” At this point, I have absolutely no confidence that this workshop is capable of delivering proper repairs, let alone fixing the problems they caused.

The lack of communication, accountability, and quality control at Renew It Greenstone is astounding. What should have been a simple repair has dragged on for months and has caused nothing but stress and inconvenience.

I cannot recommend Renew It Greenstone to anyone. Their service is slow, careless, and unreliable
