SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSIVENESS

Customer service levels for this branch are shocking, <br> <br> Not only have I been met with a bad attitude by one or two of the staff members at this branch when making enquiries for an update on how long my vehicle will still be in their hand or what exactly is being done. <br> <br> On every occasion I am informed I will be called back within the hour for an update. 3 days of calling now hours ticking by I am STILL WAITING and no one seems to be able to give me a direct answer or bothered to return my call!!! <br> <br> Not to mention the Edenvale branch advised me car handover was made last week Thursday only to be told by the Greenstone division that my car was only received on Monday morning. Questioning how a 4 day difference in delivery and acceptance of the vehicle between branches was only met with a we will get back to you!!! I want to know where my car was during this period if they can provide me with this lapse in time.
