Repairs for my car at Renew it Greenstone

I brought my car for repairs on the 15th of February 2024 . I was updated that the car will take between 10-20days from the day the received the parts. The 1st lie. I was updated that my car parts were received on the 22nd of February however I waited up till the 27th of March to say my car is “ready “ so they claimed. I arrive at the office park to collect my vehicle only to realise that my repairs were not complete. To top it up… I had a very very bad experience with Teagan the lady that was assigned to me to update me on my vehicle. Initially upon handing my car over to them they informed me that I will be assigned with a personnel to update me on the car repairs every 3-4 working days. Another lie to convince us on great service seemingly. The updates were forced from the word go. I had to call this Teagan lady to give me an update on my car and then after she will send me an email a day later to give me an update at her own accord and time. I arrive on the 27th of March to collect the vehicle, to my surprise my rear door is painted incomplete. They give me my car as I drive out and get to the security gate to exit I get off to do a car check with the security guard. Only to realise my spare wheel is missing and that’s when I saw the incomplete paint work. I had to wait for the car to be painted while I wait for them. The spare wheel was misplaced and it took them a good 30min to locate my spare wheel. I will not recommend either the branch in Greenstone or Teagan.
