Repair of motor vehicle

I would like to give thanks and appreciation to the service manager(Lechaan Gouws) of renew-it, greenstone branch. She was very helpful and assisted where she was able to regarding the status and feedback concerning the repairs of my vehicle.

Unfortunately, the service advisor (Pinky) who was appointed to my case was barely in contact with any updates, and it had to be escalated to the service manager.

In general, communication to a client needs to improve drastically on the status of the repair tasks, and a quicker turnaround time should be taken into consideration.
