Renewed without doubt

My car was recently booked in with Renew-It Greenstone on 2 February 2024 for some minor bumper bashing repairwork. I was made to feel welcome, and to me, the first point of contact between a new customer and new business is key as that represents the company's image. I decided it was not necessary to phone in every day to follow up on my car's progress, and gave it some time before I would enquire, as parts had to be ordered etc. I would like to thank Teagan Swart for the fantastic customer service she provided me with, whilst my car was under repairs. Teagan ensured to keep me in the loop with regards to the repair progress and at what stage of repair the car was at. Not only that, but when she said she would phone me with an update progress, she did!! I really appreciated that. In the end, On the 20th I was finally able to drive a new car off the "showroom" floor for a second time. A fantastic job, and thanks also to the repair team for giving me back a new car!!
