Renew-It Greenstone TAKES FOREVER TO REPAIR YOUR CAR NEVER TAKE IT THERE

I booked my car for repairs through my insurance Budget insurance and they told me that I need to pay my excess upfront if I need the parts to be orders before hand so that the car repairs do not take long. I literally have a bump at the back of the car and they are so slow in doing repairs even when having bought the parts to fix the vehicle before hand. Its been more than a week now and still then are telling me that the repairs will take from 10 to 15 working days. that is the most slowest service ever........ like really. I believe that they have too many cars the working on that they are not able to be efficient. there should be a clear time indication of how long should a car take when it is being repaired. I never want to take my car there ever again. My friends car had a accident and had worse damage than mine and it only took 2 days... 2 days. like really
