Renew IT a big risk

My car was towed Renew IT, in Sandton in December, 2 weeks ago I went to collect my car in Renew IT Greenstone but the spare tyre was missing, and they promised to deliver it to my workplace after a week it was delivered but it was the wrong tyre. till now I am travelling without a spare tyre and each day I am given promises, which means it either lost or ******, if they can't look after a tyre how about bigger items, it's the worse service i have received and they can't even buy me a tyre if they lost it

Moreover, the tyre they gave me surely belongs to someone is also without a tyre or a wheel because it's still with me.

How safe are our cars with these guys?
