Proactive Pleasant and Customer Focused
After having undergone a long and difficult process already with my insurance and rental company, the empathetic, supportive and proactive assistance that i received from Lechaan Gouws, my claims handler at this panel beater was refreshing and made everything a lot smoother and to my relief provided an easier communication loop to insurer and for car rental problems. I thank Lechaan who was great to interact with as well as all the people behind the scenes for helping me get my car back conveniently. I am grateful:))
