Poor/no service from Renuwit and Budget Insurance

Poor and shocking service. I had a car accident on 4June this year and to date do not have my vehicle back or a courtesy car. I have lost income as I am forced to stay home. Morgan the Service Consultant was replaced last week by the Manager Ryan who has promised to come back to me by certain times and mainly fails. Today he has promised me a courtesy car(which was promised from Monday) and after the 3rd phone call from my side he has had the audacity to leave their premises with a client. He had said this morning he would phone me by 11 am, well I phoned at 12:40 to be told he was out. I was given his cell phone number which is off. I am so FRUSTRATED and need intervention please
