Poor Service & Work Quality

Despite undue delays in repairing the car, I was extremely disappointed the their service. Firstly, I found the car with a missing trim cover in an area remotely connected to where the repairs were made. Secondly, the consultant lady argued that the car was towed in without the cover and I must contact insurance. My major disappointment was that she did not even bother for about 3 months bringing such to my attention and I had to find out by myself when inspecting the car on collection. She refused to acknowledge that she had a duty to tell me but happily dispatched an weird looking car. Thirdly, the car was poorly assembled. After driving for less than a week a bumper is misaligned on the left side, underneath covers not properly secured with fasteners and as a result its falling, starter motor cable not properly fastened and car even got stuck not wanting to start. Also, some components in the bonnet were only secured with bolts/fasteners after I pointed them out on collection. Lastly, their customer service consultant called twice and I explained my unhappiness , they promised that someone will be in touch from the Greenstone branch to get things sorted but dololo.

The only thing that was done positively well was the colour match.
