Poor service and pathetic management

<p>Got a qoutation done from renew it greenstone was told I needed a new back door once I have accepted the qoute i then sent my car to then to get the job done.they charged me for a new door but instead repaired the door.i then took this up with the director of the company who does not keep ow what's going on in his own company.he then proceeded to get arrogant and use vulgar language director name Ian.o was told I was going to receive a 40% refund a week and half ago but up till today have not received anything</p>
