Pinky was extremely helpful during a difficult time- the time periods to wait for parts was extremely long and something needs to be done about this
Pinky was extremely helpful during a difficult time- the time periods to wait for parts was extremely long and something needs to be done about this. With that being said, Pinky was always attentive and tried her best to keep me updated and she managed my expectations and navigated my feelings with the utmost professionalism. It’s much appreciated
