Pathetic service from Renew-it Greenstone

if there was a negative number that would be their rating. it below substandard! I have been told numerous stories 10 days later they still had not started panelbeating when the service assistant called me to say that they started, their self help website thingy says car is in panelbeating but then I get an sms and after calling the customer centre the Workshop manager calls to tell me they started as the sms indicated. They have been sitting on my car for over 6 weeks , 6 flipping weeks. and when they eventually get parts they still cant start the job? Dont get me started on the insurance who were happy to take away courtesy car when they appointed a useless service provider and i am now left to fend myself while they collect insurance and i get told about their processes ? If you ever get them to do repairs decline, decline, decline. Oh and i was assured that I would get a call today with an update , and no call. I didnt hold my breathe considering i have already been waiting so long.
