Pathetic Service at Renew IT Greenstone

my car was booked to repair a seat they damaged due to bad workmanship and also the gear lever trim they also broke due to the same bad workmanship,After spending close to 8 months waiting for the replacement parts. my car was finished last week Friday ,no one from the company even bothered to contact me to confirm that the car is ready for collection.I booked a driver to collect me early morning so that I will be able to go work now its 13:00pm no call no anything ,I have been phoning the company and all I hear is that the drivers are busy ,What a pathetic service from this company ,I regret that I will never recommend anyone to this branch. Instead of getting solutions we get problems from these companies yet they charge ridiculous prices, The worst thing is phoning the reception and you dont get to speak to someone for almost 10 minutes when you are transferred to Gary the call just drops ,
