Pathetic service and rude rude receptionist!

My car was taken to Renew It, Greenstone, by Budget Insurance after I was involved in a car accident in Dec 2021. After such trouble to get hold of them through the whole process of fixing my car--phone calls are not being picked up. I eventually picked up my car on Monday the 21st of February 2022. When I picked up the car the car would not start and I was told that it was because it had been stationary for too long and one of the gentlemen at Renew It Greenstone used jumper cables to start the car. Fast forward to Thursday the 24th of February at 1700hrs (3 days later) my car would not start and has been stuck on my driveway since then. I reached out to Renew It, Greenstone, on Friday morning the 25th of Feb and as usual, no one picked up the phone. I resorted to reaching out to my Insurance Company which is equally ***********. I eventually reached out to Renew It Group who were helpful by emailing Renew It Greenstone yesterday 28th of Feb. A rude lady from reception called me yesterday(Monday the 28th of Feb) to say "Maam your car is tuck because the battery is out of warranty''. Mind you this is a 4-year-old car that was driving perfectly before the accident. Fast forward to March the 1st and I have not heard from Renew It Greenstone with regards to what should happen with my car. I feel let down by my insurance company for sticking with such a service provider.
