Pathetic Service

On the 7th January this year I had the misfortune of a car driving into me, a week later I had the car assessed for damages as was the only booking slot available. The assessor then informed me that Renew-it Greenstone would be contacting me to make a booking for my vehicle. Two weeks passed and I was not contacted, with many delays and dropped calls i eventually phoned Renew-it Greenstone myself to try make a booking for my vehicle. On the 17th January I dropped off the vehicle and was emailed that it would take roughly 3 to 4 weeks, that was the last I had any progress report on my vehicle. On the 25th February went to Renew-it Greenstone to check on my vehicle only to find out that they were not finished, and was told they should be finished in a week. On the 9th March I received a report that my car was nearly ready for collection, a week later I phoned for progress and was told that it was in the finishing and then quality check bay. On the 15th of March we were notified that i could collect my vehicle, the same day i sent my wofe to collect the vehicle only to fond out that there was damage done to parts that weren't before damaged, rough spots on the paint work and over spray and runs and also new scratch marks on other surfaces of the vehicle, I was then informed it would take a day to sort out the vehicle, again waiting with no feed back and the excess now paid. On the 20th March I then received a message stating I must collect my vehicle or storage fees will be charged, again sending my wife the same day, as I could not get off work, only to find out nothing had been done to correct the actions from the first time and after a lengthy conversation with the the Renew-it consultant and here getting the quality manager to mark the damages and paint errors and assuring me that no storage fees will be charged as the car was still not right, was told again it should only take a day or two to rectify. I need my car so my insurance can claim my excess back from the other party, and with out the faults and corrwction. I'm still waiting and nothing, 3 months, really! At least they should compensate me some how as the delays by them and the poor quality of work is costing me money on insurance, installments, hire vehicles and loss of my excess, etc. Reg cz95wjgp
