Over a month waiting

I had an accident over a year ago, and my insurance sent me to TC Autobody in Wynberg for the repairs to my back bumper. Firstly they didn't fix my boot lock that was supposed to have been replaced, so I had to take it back to them. Then the paint made a bubble on my bumper, so I had to take it back again so that they could redo it. When I went to fetch my car, there was a spot that wasn't properly painted so the next day they again had to get my car. This time at least they gave me a courtesy car. On the 28th of January 2015, I notified Lucinda that the paint on my bumper is AGAIN peeling. I told her that I no longer work close to Wynberg and she said I can bring my car on a Saturday for them to CHECK it. Told her I don't want it checked and then have to go back AGAIN when they need to fix it, if I take it in, it needs to be repaired and I need a courtesy car. It is now MORE THAN A MONTH later, and STILL they can't help me. I find this type of service shocking to say the least!! Why do I need to BEG to get the type of service that would be expected. The work they did was inferior, else I would not have needed to take my car back AGAIN. They got paid to fix it, so no rush now...
