Not helpful

Took my car to renew it in Greenstone in March2022 and had a great service. The staff was really helpful. Took my car back and drove with no issues until the 22 July2022 when I was driving on my way back from home on a freeway where I heard a very disturbing sound that clearly indicated that the car could be risky and I could hear a rubbing sound underneath but I continued to drive. When I got home I found a crack on the side of the bumper, fender liner cracked and engine cover was slightly out. Contacted Budget insurance as they previously arranged for the car to be taken care of by Renew it, advised that car got damaged exactly where it was fixed previously and I’m not a technician, Renew it need to check what could be the issue as I had no issues before. Renew it agreed that I bring the car back but the lady who attended me was no longer helpful, she judged my car by just looking at it saying it was an accident but the guy who is the Technician had already picked that the car was not involved in an accident, they further inspected the car and took photos and everyone assuming what could have caused the damage. At that moment I felt helpless because I understand that they are protecting their business, they cannot just say they are liable. I was sent back and advised that I will be contacted and I’m finding no joy in this situation. On the 02/08/2022 I received a call from renew it asking if the car is okay, I got angry because I was told I will be included on emails that have photos, so if they are calling asking if the car is okay,who would have fixed the car???????
