Negligence

<p>I was in an accident in April and so my vehicle was taken to renew-it for repairs. I was at first impressed with their system that you can track your car repair status online. Now at step 9 there is the specific test they do the final inspection. Now this inspection checks that the body work is up to standard but this also includes that all safety mechanism are in good working order. Now when I picked up my vehicle the first thing I noticed is my brakes were screaming at me. Now I immediatly take it back to them and they send it their mechanic and came back and let me know the brakes needs to be replaced immediatly. Now this is after I asked the salesman if everything was checked and his words were it would not pass the safety inspection if everything was not in order. Now they gave me the inspection checklist and the brakes weren't even on there. Now when I went back after I immediatly replaced my brakes the first thing the gentleman who saw me said was it was not part of the instruction the insurance gave us. Now I told the man that was not the problem, the problem is they **** about the vehicle's safety status and even if they told me beforehand, listen your brakes needs to be replaced but the insurance will not cover it you must pay it yourself, then I would have been happy with their service because then I knew they did their part. Unfortunately they were just negligent in their inspection. Now for anyone who is unfortunate enough to get in an accident please hope that your car does not end up with them. Dishonest and negligant is my best description of that company.</p>
