MUST CLOSE DOWN!!! useless

Renew-it actually rates zero stars. Poor poor communication, lies and false assessment to build high cost quotes. My car was sent by insurance to them and it was sitting in their yard for about a month without anything being done to it. when they finally start fixing it, I discovered they were not using original parts. Whole process is completely **********. In their books, my car was released a week ago. I even got a call from their main office (customer services) asking me how is the car. while their are still keeping it. I suspect somebody is using it. most of the time I call, I am placed on hold and after good 15min my calls get dropped. When I send email they respond just for the sake of responding. they are actually saying nothing i.e "I was in the meeting and electricity is on and off" Insurances should really move away from these guys. Complete waste of money and our time. In my 9 years of driving, I have never experienced such ***** treatment. even from this review, they will just send back an automated response saying "your issue will be escalated further" what is this? Who are these people? How did they get enrolled to repair insurance cars? Where do they derive their prices from?
