Missing Car Part

My car had been in for repairs since the 17th of January. A week ago I received a call that repairs were done, you can imagine my excitement that I would finally have my car back after being without it for weeks. Though upon receiving it and assessing where it was damaged, I noticed it wasn't glued on properly inside. That gets sorted but just when I thought I'm all set there's a missing part on the bottom of the windshield. When I call the lady who was assisting me (Nomonde) she tells me it must've fallen off while I was driving, seriously?? Maybe on an old car but on a brand new car? Then she tells me she'll call me back but the only call I received was from one of their agents who said she'll log a ticket for me. 5 days later and still no feedback. I really thought renew it was a reputable company but after this, I'm not so sure what they even stand for. I'm even starting to wonder what other part they mightve forgotten to put back
