Kate and Sibongile no help at all.
Renew-it Greenstone service provider is not reliable at all. I called on Mon Kate told me they are sourcing the parts for my vehicle. I call on Thurs now the car is being written off I should call the insurance. I call the insurance it's a different story. My problem is Kate and Sibongile no matter how many times you call they will never answer or even get back to you on email or phone call. At the end of the day I just needed clarity from them as I'm receiving 2 different stories regarding my car. They are only kind and sweet at the beginning after they have the vehicle forget. You will run after them. Guess will have to call the whole day again tomorrow.
