<p>I was in an accident on the 5th Jan 2017 and my car was taken to renew-it Greenstone for the repairs.</p> <p>My car was not fixed 100% after a month and had to be taken back to the panel beater for a rework.</p> <p> </p> <p>The car went back to Renew-it Greenstone for a rework and the car was only polished when I got it back let alone with the same problem that was meant to have been fixed. The bumper put on my car is TORN AND MY ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. Laura from Renew-it had the decency to tell me that this is a small tear and the light is nothing big.</p> <p>It has been a month since i complainedand to this day I have not heard any feedback on how they plan on repairing my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find myself being the one following up wih the panel beaters which are just as useless.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
