Just wonder what happened

So far the service and communication was good until my vehicle got on the 5th stage ...I think they have blocked my cellphone number because when I call using it they dont respond but when using a different number they do,but the consultant is either out or in a meeting .all I want to know is when can I collect my vehicle that's it.because I was told yesterday morning that I will be getting a call yesterday afternoon or today morning ..when I called the lady who answered told me that my car was ready but she doesn't know when I should collect it.the consulting with call in 15min time..I'm still waiting .
