If you have a choice, don't use their services

Giving Renew-it a 1 star rating is too generous. There should be an option for 0 stars, because what the hell is this. I am having the most horrible experience with this company.1st it took the more than a month before they assessed my car for damages before the parts can be ordered. Then next thing, when the car is supposed to go to the quality assessment they noticed that the car is missing a side mirror. A whole mirror that came off at the accident scene. How do you fix a whole car and only notice at the end that there is no mirror and the assessment did not include a mirror. I am approaching 2 months without a car. Yet I am expected to pay for this ****py service because it is the service provider chosen by the insurance.
