Horrible Service

Having the worst experience with Renew-it Greenstone. My car has been with them for 5 weeks and they still have not done any work on it! How can it take 5 weeks to assess and order parts? There is no sense of urgency whatsoever.

I have had to initiate all communication with them throughout.

Whatever you do, if your insurer refers you to this repairer, insist on choosing another one. I will be leaving Budget Insurance completely because they are part of the problem, enabling these people to continue with such. Giving them guaranteed business despite their clear incompetence and inability to deliver on time.
