Great Customer Service Gary

<p>On the 17.04.17 I was involved in an accident and my car was taken to Renew it Greenstone. The service advisor Patricia was rude and didn't update me timeously. To make matters worse, she promised my car would be available on the 19.05.17 as I had to take back the courtesy vehicle.</p> <p>I only received my vehicle on the 23.05.17. The paint job was shocking. No one could give me clear direction as to what happened until Gary Alan Brook came along. He ensured I get a hired vehicle and he attended to my car.<br />On the 03.06.17 I went to fetch my car. Gary was not totally satisfied with the rework and he showed me why.<br />I appreciate his honesty because I would have taken the car, then hit a brick wall on the day I want to sell or trade-in because a trained eye would be able to see the mistakes and slash the vehicle’s value.<br />He is so passionate about his work and giving 110% customer service. I am just disappointed in the fact that his hard work and positiveness is dissolved in his colleagues lack of doing a proper job. I hope Gary all the best in his post and advice the branch manger or even head office to look in how he handled my vehicle repair process.<br />I will never recommend this branch to anyone due to the poor repair done on my vehicle and the hardships I faced but I will definitely say that Gary is an asset that requires your support otherwise you will lose him.</p>
