My car was in for repairs at Renew It panelbeaters. I was getting impatient with a long wait before the car could be completed.<br> Jacqui was always available on the phone to give me feedback on the repair status. She went an extra mile to personally check the car in the workshop and get an update from the workshop manager.<br> Jacqui also ensured timeous delivery of my car to my work place.
