Faulty part replaced

<p>I had my car fixed at Renew-it Greenstone last year. The bonnet flew open and hit the windscreen while driving. They only replaced the bonnet and other part but the hy****ics that holds up the bonnet was never replaced. I then communicated this with them and they asked me to bring the car for inspection. I went of which they acknoledged the faulty part as it was on the qoute. they asked me to wait for the part to be ordered and they will let me know when it has arrived. Which was in February, now they are not responding to the emails and their line is busy. They claim the lifetime guarantee and quility work. And they have no records of me ever coming to complain about this issue.</p>
