Extremely unhappy with repair work!

I dented my new car and my insurance took the car to Renew-it Greenstone. A month after the repairs I noticed that the paint job was not properly done (thee ****** work was not properly smoothed out before the paint job) . I returned the car and asked for additional work to be done while the car was booked in. What a big mistake! When I went to collect the car, the initial problem appeared to be fixed but the additional job was a mess. The color did not match and there were further damages to my car, which had not been there before. They even admitted to removing parts that were not meant for repairs and in the process denting the paint work on the car. I left the car and they promised to fix it within a few days. A week later I collected the car and now 2months later, the color is fading, in all the areas they worked on. You can actually tell where the car had paint work done. The work comes with a lifetime guarantee but I dread taking the car back there because each time I go back, I seem to get more issues and this is seriously affecting the value of my car. The service manager, Lechaan, was fantastic but I can't say the same about the quality of their workmanship. I'm so disappointed and would never recommend that place to anyone.
