Extremely Poor Service & No Feedback From Renewit Greenstone

My vehicle was involved in an accident and was taken to Renewit Greenstone by my insurance for repairs several months ago. The vehicle was eventually returned to me; however, the repair work was incomplete and poorly done.

After reporting this to my insurance, I was instructed to return the vehicle to Renewit for corrections. Renewit also contacted me directly to bring the vehicle back in, which I did immediately and in good faith.

Since returning the vehicle, it has now been a full month with absolutely no feedback or update regarding the status of my car. I have no idea whether any work is being done or if it is simply standing there gathering dust.

I have made over five attempts to contact Renewit Greenstone directly. Each time, I am given the same excuses — “The service advisor is not around”, “The person working on your car is on lunch”, “They are not in today”, etc.

I even tried contacting Renewit Head Office, but they were unable to assist meaningfully.

At this point, I am completely exhausted and frustrated. I just want to go collect my vehicle, whether it is repaired or not, because this lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Their service delivery and customer care are extremely poor, and based on this experience, I will not recommend this branch to anyone.
