Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Service – Avoid Renew-it Greenstone!

Renew-it Greenstone is, without doubt, the most useless and disappointing repairer I have ever dealt with. My car has been with them for an entire month for what were supposed to be minor repairs. There has been virtually no feedback or updates from them during this time. They stripped my vehicle completely and then simply left it standing for weeks—repairs only began after I repeatedly complained and pushed for progress. This level of poor communication, endless delays, and reactive-only service is completely unacceptable, especially from an approved panel beater for Budget Insurance. As a direct result of this disgusting experience, I will be cancelling my policy with Budget Insurance and taking my business elsewhere. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid Renew-it Greenstone at all costs and to request a different repairer from your insurer if possible. Save yourself the stress!
