Extremely Disappointed by Greenstone Renew it

Extremely disappointing service and communication from this branch. My vehicle has been with them for approximately a month, and during this entire period I have received only one update.

I have had to constantly follow up myself, and every time I call, they put me on hold for more then 30 minutes, I have no clear indication of what is happening with my vehicle or when it will be ready.

For a vehicle to be in for a month with virtually no proactive communication or meaningful progress updates is simply unacceptable. At the very least, customers should be kept informed about the status of their vehicle, the reason for any delays, and the expected completion date.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, this has been extremely poor customer service, and I am very disappointed with the way this matter has been handled.

Reviewer Update
Good morning Thank you for your response. However, I must express my continued disappointment and dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from your branch. I have now been informed that the parts initially ordered for my vehicle were incorrect, had to be returned, and that replacement parts have subsequently been ordered. For my vehicle to have been with your branch for over a month, only for me to receive this type of update at this stage, is completely unacceptable. It raises serious concerns regarding the management of the repair process, quality control and the lack of proactive communication with customers. What is even more concerning is that had I not escalated this matter through HelloPeter, I would most likely still be unaware of what is happening with my vehicle. Customers should not have to resort to public complaints simply to receive basic updates on the status of their repairs. I must once again place on record my extreme dissatisfaction with the service received. I will also be submitting a formal letter of complaint to my insurance company, which referred my vehicle to your branch, to bring this experience to their attention. At this stage, I require a clear explanation of how the incorrect parts were ordered, what corrective measures have been taken, and a realistic and confirmed completion date for my vehicle.
