Exceptional After Sales Service!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of losing one of our vehicles to a hijacking incident. The vehicle was subsequently recovered but in a bad state as they had already started stripping it. needless to say Renew-it had their hands full with this one but go the job done. When we collected the vehicle we found some unforeseen issues which could not be picked up as the vehicle was not in a drivable state. this was brought to their attention and a complete re-assessment was done. All the work was carried speedily and the car was ready in 3 working days. Happy kept me informed on a daily basis as to the status of the repair work the entire period. After the picking up issues and bringing it to his attention, Giovanni took it upon himself to oversee the additional work to be done on our vehicle and gave me constant updates.
