Excellent service - worth driving out of Sandton to use
Excellent customer service! Contacted me via email to set everything up after my insurance referred me. After dropping off my car, I got regular SMSes letting me know where my car was in the process. They also have a website where you can see more detail and they gave me a service consultant whom I could speak to for more detail. When I phoned my service consultant Nomonde with a clear preference of when I could pick up my car, she made a plan for me very quickly. When I went to pick up my car everything was seamless. I had to drive quite far from my home to use the Greenstone branch but the service definitely made it worth it.
