Excellent Service received from Renew-IT Greenstone!!!

<p>Hi Renew-IT</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to commend your excellent service and also give you 5 STARS for delivering on your policy and service level agreement!<br /><br /></p> <p>Further to this i would like to rate your Service Operator Kelsey Lotriet for the best service i have received in a long time. She is an absolute Gem to have in a business and i would not be so happy if it wasnt for her quick response to my demands. She's a life saver!</p> <p> </p> <p>My VW Polo was in an accident and taken to Renew-IT Greenstone, as a 1st time customer i was sceptical about the service, but the very 1st day i was givien a warm welcome and updates on my vehicle, i was kept updated every monday and not once did i have to pick up the phone and call for any info, it was given to me by the Renew-IT team. At the last stage there were some issues with the car and i made some demands to get it at a certain day, Kelsey spent everyday assuring me that it will be done, even going above and beyond to deal with a 3rd party Vendor to sort out my issues for me. Everything went as planned by Kelsey and Renew-IT kept to their ETA's</p> <p> </p> <p>When i received my car today i was again confronted with a great smile and warm welcome from the Team, it was all done in a few minutes and i left with a brand new Polo as if i just biught a new one</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Renew-IT and Thank you Kelsey</p>
