EMPTY PROMISES, LIES, AND ZERO REGARD FOR CLIENTS NEEDS
I will never recommend their service to anyone. If I could give them zero stars I would. My car has been there since 31 July and I can't even be sure that the parts were actually ordered. I was advised on 14/08 that the parts were ordered the previous Thursday, which was 10/08. Then on 28/08, I was advised that the parts were ordered 7 days prior, which was 21/08.
Zimaney (the consultant) assured me that minor dings are resolved quickly but so far all I see is empty promises and lies, from start to finish.
Worse still they have wasted all the days that my insurance provides a rental car.
