Dissapointed

My insurance chose Renew it to fix my vehicle after I was involved in a car accident, upon collection of the vehicle the lady who was doing inspection broke the passenger mirror then they said they'll call me to come so that they can fix it till to Daye I never received any call. I called them to inform them about the vehicles bonet shock that is no longer working they did confirm that it was working when I took in the vehicle for repairs so they'll contact me to bring the vehicle for repairs till to date they never consulted me. Each time I call them they tell me they'll get back to me it's almost 2 months but no calls or any form of communication from them.
