Disgusting service from renew-it green stone

I tried to send this email to renew-it directly but the liers keep giving me the wrong email address and refuse to give direct lines So Michelle since your team would not allow me to send you and email like normal people, i had to address you here. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service and continuous lies I have received from your team. I have received no updates from them and i have to call them and put up with their rudeness and disregard. I have been dealing with Jacqueline who has been completely unhelpful, when i asked to speak to her manager she handed me over to Piet whom I discovered today is not the manager but works in assembly. This is totally unacceptable. When I called on Wednesday i was told the car was going into polishing, i was told the same thing on Thursday, on Friday i was told the car was still in assembly. Everyday i was promised an update which i never revived. On Friday I was told the car would be ready, I'm still waiting. Never in my life have I been met with such an unprofessional and *********** bunch You can not treat paying customers like you are doing them a favor by fixing their car and updating them on the progress. My car has been there for 3 weeks for a bumper and tail light repair. If fixing a bumper is too much of a challenge please return the car so it can be taken to a more competent organisation
