Disgusting service

<p>I am very disgusted, appalled and fed up with the service from renew it....how dare they sis........I'm the wife of Dieke Motaung who's car has been at renew it from the beginning of June for repairs. The car was towed there by his insurance BUDGET (which also gave a **** service but that's another story). Renew it gave my husband the run around for a month with communication barley been there unless he calls. Finally after four weeks on the 1st of July 2017 my hasband gets a call from renew it to say that his car is ready to be collected all he has to do is send R12150 which is a lot of money that we don't have but being the man he is he made a plan and was able to pay on the 5th of July 2017. After his payment insurance and renew it call to tell him that his engine is burning and insurance is not liable nor is the company renew it reliable....I ask myself so who is supposed to fix it!!!!! The burning of the car happened at renew it after quality control, after scanning for problems with the car, after the call that the car is now ready for collection and now my hasband is the one to blame.......sorry I don't by it......the burning of the engine happened on their ground which means that someone in that company did something wrong and does not want to deal with the consequences........my family needs that car and four weeks is already too much.......renew it you are negligent....sorry I demand that car gets fixed and the money paid refunded....</p>
