Disappointed and unacceptable, It has now been two months since my vehicle was handed over for repairs to greenstone renew-it, which constitutes an unreasonable and unjustifiable delay. I was explicitly informed that the vehicle would be completed and ready for collection yesterday, yet upon attending to the panelbeaters premises, I discovered that not only is the vehicle incomplete, but it has been returned in a condition that is materially worse than when it was delivered/Taken by the authorised towing company by the insurance.As the sole owner of this vehicle, I have full knowledge of its condition and components. During my inspection, I identified multiple serious irregularities that strongly indicate unauthorised tampering, negligent workmanship, and potential ******** substitution or removal of parts.
