Disappointed and angry

I'm not just disappointed I am ****ed with the service. They literally called me to come fetch the car, when we got there, they scratched the bumper and we had to wait a hour for them to fix. After waiting for an hour they saw that the same lights they were supposed to fix, the reason the car was there, it wasn't fixed.

I am still waiting for feedback, car is with VW fixing they mess and no one calls me, I have to call them everyday and then they make empty promises. I will never recommend this panel beater to anyone.
