Compliment to Joey and Jacqui
I took my car in for repair of the damaged passenger door. The first person I met at 17:00pm was Gary who was kind enough to take the photos of my damaged door in order to assist me obtain a quote for insurance. This was after business hours. Gary was very helpful and professional in my dealings and his assurance gave me hope that the paint work would indeed come out great - my biggest fear during the repair process.
Gary indeed handed over the pictures and my contact details to Gavin who after two days, provided me with the requested quoted.
Joey did a fantastic job in procuring the parts and updating me everyday regarding the progress of the vehicle. Joey went the extra mile to ensure my car was completed in less than ten working days from the time the parts were procured.
Jacqui on the other hand was also very helpful in providing updates via sms and email as well as arranging a driver to pick me up. I couldn't have dealt with a better consultant.
Upon picking up my car, I was very impressed with the super wonderful work the team at Renew IT Greenstone had done. Getting the colour right and ensuring that it matches with the rest of the car body was impressive and amazing.
I will recommend Renew IT Greenstone to anybody and should I require anything to do with the car repairs, I will not hesitate to return.
Joey, Jacqui and Gary, you are a great team and deserve this compliment. A big thank you to you.
