Car not yet fixed after 11 weeks

its been 11 weeks since i had my car accident and my car was towed in for repairs. They did deliver it back to me about 4 weeks ago but I returned it directly back the next day because of other faults we picked up or faults that just were not fixed. <br> Today I had to phone them 4 times to ask when they will deliver my vehicle their reaction was that someone will bring your vehicle. They also said that my car was in queue and the drivers didnt want to deliver my vehicle. After I received my car back once again 18:30 tonight one of the repairs was done the rest still nothing done about it. Also theres a brand new bump on the side of the brand new door repaired the previous time.<br> I don't understand how for 3 weeks they cant fix 3 simple thing on a car.<br> <br> Pathetic they are really pathetic
